Once we obtain your confirmation to move forward, it is possible to start the homecare visits in as little as 48 hours. On average, delay ranges from 3 to 7 days to allow us to assign the appropriate Caregivers that best match your preferences and your desired schedule.

We do background checks; ensure they have all the proper certification and training and speak to previous employers. We only want to hire individuals that align with our core values; Empathy, excellence in care and kindness.

We cover the greater Montreal area (South and North Shore). No additional transportation fees for distance.

There is a minimum of 3 hours of service per day, and no limit on the number of days per week

Yes, we try our best to ensure consistency in services and attempt to assign one person to your needs. If service is needed 7 days a week, or for more than 40hrs a week. We would then need to have a second caregiver assigned. But once again, we will find the perfect match from our base of experienced staff.
